Our main focus will always be to make sure your loved ones receive the highest quality, loving care.  That's why all of the Embrace home care aides go through ongoing, comprehensive training.  At the same time, we inspire our home care aides to establish one-on-one relationships with their care seekers and their families.  We want all our care seekers to experience a distinctive difference in service with a caring and loving embrace.

Client & Family Portal

We have interwoven a firm spirit of love, joy, patience, kindness, and gentleness into the fabric of Embrace.  This spirit is found in the owners, personal faith and values.  We continually open our hearts to ways in which we can further enhance the lives of our clients, both in the day-to-day care services we provide and beyond.

 

We understand how stressful it can be to have a loved one that needs help living independently. At Embrace Care, we want to alleviate some of those stresses by giving you real-time transparency to the care process by helping to ease some of the logistical burdens with our online Client & Family Portal.

With the Client & Family Portal available to you at no extra cost, you will be able to access records of care online from any device with internet access. Our care management system, Caresmartz360 provides a dedicated portal that allows client and family members to gain access to information about schedules, invoices and announcements published by Embrace Home Care. The portal also allows our clients to contact our agency and provide feedback relating to their Caregiver visits. This portal is built on the idea that information should be transparent and easily available to your clients.
